Glad I found this place! Hello everyone from Maine! I joined up at ghostbusters.net a loooooong time ago and became too busy to be around. Last year I finally built my own pack for Halloween and the bug is back!
I work full time as a shift leader / EMT for a private ambulance service here in Maine. Been in public safety for nearly 10 years now and looking for a change. I’ve started chasing New England storms (when there are any) and applying to Plymouth State University in NH for their Meteorology program next fall!
Just gotta say, it’s good to be amongst the fans out there!
It is good to meet a fellow newbie who lives so close! Where did you find out about this website? I signed up through a Ghostbusters of New Hampshire, a group of film makers who are part of their own charity group. I am in southern NH which technically means our halfway point is within half a day’s drive. Ha haha!!
Anyway, I noticed you haven’t posted a picture yet. What did you go as for Halloween?!
I refined my Ghostbusters costume this year and headed to Salem, MA for that weekend. It was a blast! You never can go wrong, lol. I was the only one in my group of friends who dressed up, but it was worth it.
It’s nice to see some fans in the area! I found this site when I was surfing Youtube for build ideas. I picked up some plans way back when from Ghostbusters.net and ended up finding this place. So much more goodies here! I guess I’ll have to post a pic soon too…
