almost any hardware store or electronics store should have them. they’re just a simple everyday electrical connector
You could just use a piece of coat hanger wire with a small bit of green 1/4" tubing on it.
This alternative actually looks much better than the part suggested by Norm. I briefly considered using a ring tongue terminal but it looks too fat and short, very different from the piece used in the movie.
