does anyone know where i can get a light kit for the proton gun?
You seek Hyperdyne labs. He has killer light kits for the gun.
That site is great if you have $300 to spaire. I think it would be cheeper to build them. And as for gun lights just use the same plains and make some personal ajustments. 
I have a Hyperdyne gun kit and an Exoray pack kit. I believe Exoray has a gun kit in the works, you might want to contact him. His sets are a little less expensive than Hyperdyne’s and both guys produce top quality stuff.
As for making them yourself the process, time and costs are almost not worth it if you are striving for accuracy. That is unless you are an engineer or have tons of experience building electronic components.
These are just suggestions.
I feel your pain though, I have two PKE Meters I have to get electronic kits for from Hyperdyne… :shock:… not cheap at all.
^^^^^ Not cheap (especially for TWO..!) but worth it IMO! 
As evidenced by all my Halloween 05 pix, that sucker didn’t leave my hand for 72 hours! 8)
thanks for the help but i think hyperdyne is out of stock at the moment, and i dont really have time nor experience building kits myself
