Hello, everyone. I’m Steve, known as “loosetoon” pretty much everywhere I hang out at on the net. I work at Turner Studios in Atlanta as a Senior Animator. I was Lead Animator on “Harvey Birdman Attorney At Law” on Adult Swim for the past 3 years. I have a Star Wars Biker Scout costume and I am a member of the 501st Legion. I’m currently putting the finishing touches on a TIE Pilot costume for my Wife. I also costume with a group of friends each year down at Disney World for Halloween as Haunted Mansion characters. I’m one of the Hitchhiking Ghosts “Gus” (the one with the long hair and raggedy clothes My Wife is the Dead Bride).
It was our past Halloween outing there that sparked a Ghostbusters interest with us because for the first time this trip, some other friends of ours came dressed as Ghostbusters and they really knocked our socks off. My Wife especially is jones’n big time for us to put together GB costumes of our own.
Their costumes were completely homemade and we thought they looked incredible. They clued us into some of the GB places online where one can learn about making your own, so here I am.
I don’t know when or how we’ll get started. I’m in lurking, reading, learning mode right now. We want to build our own packs instead of just buying completed ones, but who knows… something might pop up at the right time.
Anyway, glad to be here.
