Machined tip for Spengler wand?

Hey guys. I am considering grabbing a second wand and just keeping my original in the box since it is from the batch with the silver tip. I also thought of possibly doing some modes on a second one, including replacing the Clippard valve. My question is, does anyone know of someone who possibly machines the tips of the wand from metal? I would love it if there was a possible way to get a direct replacement in metal to completely throw out the orange tip.

GBFans make a great metal trigger tip, but I’ve a feeling the clear barrel on the Hasbro wand is a smaller diameter than normal (should be 7/8"), so it might be too big. Benofkent does smaller trigger tips (20mm I think?) that fit his smaller clear barrel that his kits come with, so that might work, although they’re not particularly accurate in terms of shape or dimensions.

Yeah, I would love it if someone could produce a run of them that would be a direct replacement and visually look the same as far as the shape. Doing that would also most likely mean having to switch the banjo tips to real ones as well.

Shapeways allows you to 3D print in metal for a not entirely outrageous price.

Is the Spengler tip easily removable?

That is a good question. I haven’t gotten my second wand yet (the orange tip one) and I wouldn’t dare dismantle a first edition, lol. I wouldn’t mind looking into Shapeways… I don’t know why they slipped my mind, lol.
