No idea how this play but what’s interesting is both properties have movies this year. The MIB / jump Street cross over is cancelled but Sony wanted a shared universe. Could both films tease more in future like post credit scenes ect… Or just a nice bit of merchandise? I’m now curious

Yeah this is another thing that really took me by suprise when it was announced. I am looking forward to getting this so I can read the story they put together for the game. 
The Ghostbusters franchise is really on a role when it comes to announcements from out of left field. This Game the upcoming comic event which may very well lead to a volume 4 and or more spin off comics and to top it off the announcement of a new movie. Wow what a rush!
I’m curious about the story as well. Also the expansions. I think it’s safe to assume ones based on both of the new movies coming out that year.
I watched their batman the animated series one been played on YouTube , it has pop up city ect… looked really good. I hope we get more info soon

I asked IDW Games and they are not sure but it’s not anything new. It has not gone back to print and no new release is scheduled.

IDW Games said, back in June, that coverage will ramp up in September or October. So I guess expect a late 2020/early 2021 release at this point…

Two properties I really enjoy, and yet I dunno how well they actually work together. I guess I’ll have to wait and see.
