does anyone know where i can get a metal heat sink for the proton gun?
i used a heat sink off of an old computer video card. a processor heat sink will probably work too.

I too found quite a few neat ones at an old computer booth at the local flea market. Guy only charged me a few bucks too. Let me tell you though… I never thought I’d see a “shop” that specializes in computers and cabbage!!! REALLY, he sold computers, parts… and fresh cabbage!

A few people offer resin casts of the heat sink for the gun. I have one of Funkzilla’s and it’s supurb. I also know PropFan (who is no longer on this board) makes them too. I’ve seen his work first hand (met him in person yesterday afternoon), and all of his casts (heat sink, resistors, ion knobs, anything really, etc.) are excellent work.
