there is** nothing **to prevent people from buying from a seller that has low quality items. the only way you can judge quality is their feedback, and taking note of the certain types of people (new? accuracy specific? quality seakers? lazy builders?) buying from the seller, or how the seller chooses to interact with the community outside of their sales.
Take it easy guys, there is a slight language barrier here with Maniac221 , I know he uses an online translator so his comments may not come out as he intends.
