In the middle of building my son a proton pack for Halloween. Made a mold out of wood and vacuum formed to create the shell. I am going to use a arduino to control the sound and lights with the help of someone who knows how to program a arduino and tackle make the circuits and lights by scratch using LEDs from eBay. I trying to keep the build on a budget and light kits are a lot of money!
I’m not trying to make a movie or TVG type pack but more of a scaled down a bit (for 5 year old) movie pack but with more lights! Was think of adding some of TVG lights and some of the reboot pack number led to it…?
But before I start to ordering the led I was wonder if I use the arduino code that some of the fantastic people on have made available can I use a code available for an arduino written for a movie pack and just add more lights to it (number led display, video game lights… ext) without much hassle? I want this pack light up and have a wow factor. So more like a concept pack.
I would have not even come close to making this with out the fantastic reference of the people on this form!
