well my first “real” prop. Finished them over the course of a couple days a week or so ago. Followed Norm’s plans with a little bit of artistic license etc.. still think I might try to redo the side knobs, plus where I put them, there wasn’t room for the Night Vision label…put the lens label on to give it a little life.
As usual, I think its a little darker green than it comes across in the pic…looked for Olive drab but I think Army Green(what I found was pretty much the same) overall I’m very happy with it and very happy wearing them.. :lol: Think I’m gonna add the wood knob on the bottom left soon too..for now had the top headstrap from an old pair of safety goggles attached on…

thanks haha had been meaning to post again…I put a knob on but it came off so I may try something else or just leave them…here’s another pic…just got an ALICE frame and patches sewn on my suit so I’m getting all the other stuff together getting ready to start a pack. :lol:
Thanks! I’m lovin’ proppin’ haha I know it doesn’t have to be an expensive hobby in a lot of cases people have been really innovative(junk packs and such) but man looking at little stuff, it adds up quick! Like a little RIT dye here, some glue there… :lol:
