-Homemade daughter board
Modding my Sanyo ICC-808D
Using sheet metal I got from Home Depot i fashioned a shelf to literally slip into the pre-existing one. 
Cutting a template
Using tin snippers I cut notches to slip rubber grommets into. Not 100% perfect but passable. 
I got some error boxes through nick-a-Tron because I’m a big fan of his resin but they were a bit larger than I expected. But no worries I cut them in half and sanded them down to fit better.

Hardest part was getting them lined up right but I’ll live. 
Just have to prime, paint and attach the error box.

You really made that black uniform look awesome. I wouldn’t ditch it all together. I’ve seen a few people try to wear the black one, but it didn’t impress. I like yours a lot.
Gizmo mod finished. Non functioning but so were the screen used ones.

Where did you find the sanyo calculator
eBay. I was lucky to find a Sanyo BUT it wasn’t the exact model as the one used in GB1. It was very close so some modding had to be done.
If you find one they are not cheap.
