Last year on this very same day I was browsing the web on how to build a proton pack. After some searching I ended up here and joined. Little did I know that I would be stumbling into something so deep and dedicated that there would be no turning back, ever.
The plethora of information on this site is incredible. The talent and the knowlege by the members of this site continue to amaze me every single day. One year ago today I had nothing, and thanks to everyone on this incredible site and community I have acheived my dream of owning the props I dreamed of having as a kid after watching the movies over and over again. The years and years and man hours on top of man hours to produce plans to make these props is unthinkable.
Building props without a hub to discuss ideas is a nightmare. I cant thank everyone enough here who has helped me in the past year with all of my builds ( you know who you are ) and thanks in advance for those of you who will help me in the future with the rest of the props i make..
If any of you ever come to the NYC area, let me know and ill buy you a beer.
