Hello, all! I’m Nick, from NC, and I’ve been lurking these forums and this website for a few months now. I found my way here while doing a google search for proton packs, hoping to find a detailed image. Boy, did I ever!
Been a fan of Ghostbusters since I was just a little guy. As I put in my info, I was just in pre-school daycare when my mom used to tape episodes of Duck Tales for me. One fateful day, she set the VCR a half-hour late, and I got an episode of The REAL Ghostbusters instead (“Janine’s Genie” to be exact). I’ve picked up seasons 1 and 2 of the show, and it’s absolutely freaky when I’ll see something from an episode that I remember, but haven’t seen for over 20 years!
That said, I’ve always been very fascinated by the trapping aspect of the show/movies/games. I absolutely loved the recent game, where the blast stream/capture stream process was added, and found it absolutely wonderful that, when compared to the movies, seems to fit.
Anyway, I’m sure one day I’ll end up putting together a proton pack replica of my own, but that’ll be when I have more money to invest.
