Pack Blaster Sound Issue

Hoping someone can help me out with a sound issue on my pack.

Haven’t turned my pack on in a couple months. Went and turned it on and lights work great, efx all work. However the sound coming from speaker is about half as loud as it should be. Last time I fired it up it was humming along perfectly with loud sounds.

I replaced batteries thinking that might be the issue but to no avail.

Checked all my connections and they’re all in order and connected as they should be.

Everything in my pack with regard to lights and sounds is GB fans.

Like I said, everything is working great other than the sound output being so low. Even when I turn the knob to full volume. It’s barely increases the sound. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Upon further testing I don’t think the potentiometer is actually working at all. I can turn it all the way left to right but there is hardly any sound change (if any). Almost as if it’s stuck at a low volume level. I am going to test the pack with a voltmeter later today and as well test the speaker through the six port to see what I can’t find.

If anyone else has had this issue and knows a fix or remembers what the issue was I’d greatly appreciate any tips!
