I’m planning on picking up my screws from the GB Fans shop, and I know there are lists of which screws to use but does the length of the screw matter? Also, how do the sizes of the washers correspond to the screw sizes?
I have always used just standard washer sizes depending on the size screw used. If its a 10x32 screw, I use a #10 machine washer. Nothing crazy. The lengths do matter for the most part. The thread I used for my builds have the type of drew listed and a bit further down the thread, one of the posts has the screw lengths for most of them.
