Has anyone tried to attach their patches with strips of Velcro? What was your success/failure?
I’m wanting to do two uniforms of different colors and it would be more cost effective if I didn’t have to buy two sets of everything. Also, I was thinking it would save the wear and tear on the patches from the wash.
Velcro will work. And it gives you the ability to switch out patches if you want. The only thing is you have to be careful when you attach the Velcro to the flight suit. The patch can easily be pulled off when putting on a proton pack or other gear. I would just iron it onto the uniform.
