You’re not going to get any concrete proof about GB3 because they want to surprise everyone. Do you really expect them to just open their big mouths and shout it to the world? GB3 is going to be phenominal, and keeping it secret will help it even more! Just a few more days.
So… We’re to believe that All four of the guys got to together and based on a few months of hype from a video game launched a movie deal, and all ready have a teaser trailer, and the proof we have is a guy who may or may not be connected to the film, who may actually be misinformed and Dumb and Dumber.

Yeah, I’ve heard about this new marketing strategy: don’t tell anyone, including the studios, the talent, and everyone involved in the making of the film but tell a friend of a friend of a friend at Comic-Con. I hear that it’s working wonders!
