I dunno, the name “people busters” seems kinda dumb, or at least contrived or at best-- unimaginative. It’s not really a good reference to the ghostbusters at all. maybe a term from the movies or the cartoons might have worked better.

Its from the RGB episode “Flip Side” where the guys get trapped in an alternate dimension in a city called Boo York where ghosts have the properties of people and vice versa, and there is a team called the Peoplebusters who trap and contain the living.
Now you know, and knowing’s half the battle.
Couldn’t find the episode on youtube but I did find a clip where someone took a shabby song (also titled Flip Side) and put it to clips from the episode.
