Please can someone advise?

Hi all. I’m just on with the AMT Ecto 1a model which is going really well but the decals I have are no good - they won’t come off the backing and water just dissolves them. The kit box has been open for years looking at it. I would really appreciate some advise on where I might get a new decal sheet?
