Just got in about $40 of mini-mates from toys R us. They packed all three boxes directly into a bubble-lined manilla envelope. It arrived pretty crushed. I am a little disappointed of course..

Wow, at least the Ghostbusters mini mates weren’t damaged (just the boxes). But if it were something a bit more delicate I could see it easily ruined. Going to have to reconsider ordering items direct from TRU.

I bought 2 sets of the wave four figures and each set came in a different envelopes and all eight box’s were crushed,I gave them a call and they sent me the shipping labels to mail them back. I landed all the sets on ebay cheaper than what I gave for them at toyrus.
when you ship it back, wrap them in toilet paper.
Used toilet paper.

I ordered 10 sets and they were also poorly packaged, luckily they were not damaged but the box took some abuse.
I did have some trouble with another minimate set though…
