Has anyone attempted or constructed the Proton Gun from IDW’s Infestion and Monthly issues?
winston’s proton pistol (or whatever they refer to it as)? If so then you might want to take a look at this thread
In fairness Mitchell’s predates the comics by several years and they aren’t identical at all, just a little similar. My friend Tom Feister draws for IDW, but mainly the GI Joe stuff and according to him that pack was part of the inspiration for Winston’s but again Tom doesn’t work on that book, and really when you look at them side by side they’re similar but not the same.
But anyway as far as using the comic as a basis for the build, to the best of my knowledge that has not been done yet.
They’re on the cards…
