Hi guys. I’m trying to look for something that would help me put my proton pack parts exactly where it goes.

I didn’t find any measurements yet so I think it’s just by associating a picture of the pack already done and your pack. Am I right?

What would help me to put my parts exactly where it goes on the proton pack?

Actually I think what he needs is that picture of a pack that has everything labeled. I can’t copy and paste on my phone tho, otherwise I would post it.

Omni picture or one of the many Ramis/Sony hero reference pictures. Look in the reference section of the gbfans main site.

Beautiful pack there, jros. Nice placement of the ribbon cable. The way you twisted it is exactly how I think it looks best.

I have yet to swap out the spectra-strip on my hero pack for the new GB1 cable sitting here in the box. Can’t decide which way to put the colors, white wires on the left or right…

Finally, it’s very simple. There is no measurements. Only by looking at a proton pack hero.. Thanx guys.

Thanks guys. I was going for the venkman rooftop look. I hate the tight twist.

The metal on top of the pack is actually part of the stand. I made a plate for it and stuck some spare stickers in it. Didn’t want it to look like a guitar stand. Lol

Best thing to do is to read a lot of build threads and use the reference section. After enough time you’ll be able to place all the parts with your eyes shut
