I’ve done a search on here but I haven’t really found a true answer to how far up from the bottom of the motherboard the holes for attaching to the frame should be. Looking at Stefan’s plans I worked it out to be 100mm, but now that I’ve attached it, the pack looks a bit high to me:
Does this look ok or do you think I should lower it, and if so, any tips as to how to do it?
Think the height looks good but i do prefer a higher mount like Stantz.
Looks good to me! I think if you can sit easily with it on and it’s clear of the sitting surface, you’re good.
Looks good! Some of the packs and especially Ray’s semihero pack in GB2 sat pretty high like that. Yours looks to be spot on. Check out these threads for good reference material.
