I’ve got season 1, but does anyone know when the other seasons will be released individually, because I am aware of the complete box set.
They JUST dropped the entire boxed set version price again down to about $115 shipped.. I can;t belive you’d find the separate seasons any cheaper, and you won’t find the included extras.
I just got the box set and its worth every penny. See if you can sell the one you have and pick up the box set on amazon.com. The time and quality effort put into this set is amazing.

in short yes. in long yes but no release dates have been announced.

Who knows? sometimes companys stick top their word, and do release everything as promised, other times, they don;t. (Check out disney’s Gargloyes cartoon series.. they released half of them, and then stopped due to lower then anticipated sales numbers)
Only real guarentee, if that you can currently get the entire series in a boxed set right now. Just like say,. Scarecrow of romney marsh, After they are sold out, we might not even see another run of the box set even.
Actually we do have an answer for you. Walmart is carrying Season 1 Volume 1 right now of the Time Life Real Ghostbusters collections. It consists of 30 episodes, 3 hours of bonus features, it is digital remastered and looks and sounds fantastic and is in the steelbook casing for about 30 dollars or just under it.
I bought mine last night.
The box set is well worth it,it cost me £260 i had to work overtime to get the box set,as i had house bills to pay lol but damn i tell ya it’s just that damn good

Here’s the thing- you can get each season individually for 30 bucks. But there are five seasons total. If you go this route, you spend $150, but you wait a long assed time and you don’t get the special features, like the bonus disc, booklet and kickass firehouse box. If you order with TimeLife, you spend, total, 180-ish, BUT you can do it in installments of 60 dollars, three weeks apart. So, if you can manage to budget twenty dollars week , you can afford the time-life set. On Amazon, it is wholly cheaper by about fifty bucks, but I don’t think you can do the installments.

I see it for $113 with free shipping on amazon.. and the cheapest I see it on ebay is $114
**Guys, just buy the whole box set from TimeLife. It is so, so SO worth it! I bought it a few months ago and it was probably my best DVD purchase ever! **
Why should people buy it from T/L, when they can buy it on Amazon for $50 or $60 less? Since its put out by T/L, you’d think they would have the lowest prices.
Okay, it doesn’t necessarily HAVE to be from Time Life, but getting the whole series box set is your best bet.

bought the boxset from amazon…good price for the whole series…now i dont have to worry about the single volumes not getting released and goin out of print
I agree with Gareee, since they released the entire box set for the Real Ghostbusters, it would seem only logical, for die hard fans, to want the Extreme Ghostbusters to be released. I never watched Extreme Ghostbusters until I started looking at some episodes via YouTube. But since Extreme was RGB continued, it would only seem correct, to have those episodes as well. To get the “complete” package, you know. I’m hoping they do that one day, but my luck isn’t that good heh.
If I recall, they are starting to release the EGB series in europe this quarter.. I’m sure we’ll see US releases as well, but I’d rather they just released the complete series in one fell swoop.
We’ve been watching them via downloads over at GB.net, and as an adult, they hold up better then many of the RGB series does.
We are up to episode 22 of the 40 I think.
