this is an auction I just won (buy it now) - I only bought it for the Egon figurine, does anyone know the source of this?

The Egon appears to be from a spinner-type bicycle toy:
The top ghost in the second photo is Krang from TMNT.
The 3 pink ones on the bottom are from the RGB Brain Blaster Ghost:

I see the pic now. is it rare? because I’m thinking of painting it…
There’s several on eBay in package for like 3 bucks, so I don’t think it’s worth anything.

here’s a look at the whole toy if anyone else is as curious as I am. I dont remember seeing any RGB happy meals or toys when I was a kid…
