This is not a thing to be posted in the site feedback
You need to check the chat room rules and see if you were following them and then send a PM to a different Chat mod, regular mod or the Admin with the details. The chat logs will be looked at and you will get a response.
Actually, there is no problem with it being posted in Site Feedback.

i know that sledge uses the same color purple as VeL and i’ve never heard anything about it.
now chaptermaster tu’chan using my green when i have asked him repeatedly to change it . . . . . .

i dont see other people using it when you or someone else in the room is using it.
i think its a matter of courtesy, and also its confusing when someone else is using the same color
yes i believe it would also be confusing if everyone were to use only the standard black.
+1 By the “you can’t use mine” logic there should only be the most of 13 ppl in the chat at once since there are that many colors. I don’t find the chat that hard to follow with whatever colors. ..come on now. :walterpeck:

Well here is the deal. I went in like usual and was told by Velvet something close to this in this tone.

wtf seriously?? if someone has a title then it shows on the color of their name what difference does it make if we use font colors that might be close to or the same as someone else.

Vel wasn’t serious about the “bitch” part dude. That’s just vel being vel lol. However she did want you to change your color because she was using it and there were very few of us in the chat at the time…which meant you could’ve used another color.

I disagree with you Ron as this is a complaint about a user not a site function. Posting complaints about members here is nothing more then a way to stir up extra issues; moderator or not. I see where you are coming from though…anyway that isn’t the issue.
Now as far as the kick, yes it was not justified. Some time back we tried to make it to where Moderators kept a certain color in order to follow the chat and logs more easily. But it just wasn’t possible obviously
I later created the “rule” that is a moderator asks you to comply with something politely in an attempt to make their job easier to please comply with it with out argue. This was both a suggestion to the Mods and the users actually.
This obviously did not happen or actually apply to this scenario.

If chatroom colors become an issue, everyone will be using the same color.

anyway the issue is done. I will no longer be going to the chat room… that simple.
I’ve always thought it was funny that the only people who demanded that others change their colors have been the people with “power.”
I think now would be a very good time to re-evaluate these people and how they tend to use their specially-appointed abilities, be it for useful community building and management or… other ends. This has been an issue since spring, and you can believe me when I say it is the exact reason why several very awesome people I know refuse to visit the site.
