Resistor Trouble...

So I purchased the three resistors for the Ion Arm, when I noticed that one of the ones I have might not be accurate for a GB-1 pack, or 2 for that matter. I’ve got an DALE RH-25 here. I take it I need to replace it with a SAGE. Can someone help me out?

first off, this is a question for the wanted section, not the proton pack section,

second, how about looking in the obvious places like the gbfans shop and the for sale section before making a thread about an item you need.

Sorry if you mistook this as a want ad. I was merely asking what the right resistors were for a GB1 pack. Guess I’ll need to be more careful next time before posting a question.

Welcome to the “community”.

Oh, and just to ensure that I’m not being snarky for the sake of being snarky, I’ll actually try and help…but I’m no expert:

You can use any resistor you want, it all depends on how accurate you want your pack. I ordered mine from a member on here (Irricanian) who has a site http://www.multimediamayhem.com.

Go here and see if the items he offers match what you need.

Hope this helps!

Dale RH-50 from the GBFans shop, Sage M25 and Dale PH-25 are the three you’ll need for a GB1 pack. Most of the the PH-25 resistors that you’ll find will have a little circle or “disc” on the end, which is fine, but the 25 without this feature is considered more accurate.

I think that the reason I got a little put off by it, was that when I ordered my resistors offline, the auction that I bought them from had pictures of two different resistors, and the title of the auction wasn’t all that clear. To make it simpler, I told the seller to send me the specific resistors pertaining to the first GB, which he obviously didn’t. I didn’t notice until last night when I was putting them on the Ion Arm and looked at reference pictures, noticing that I had one that was off.

Thanks for the replies!
