hi i’m Jim from E. Dublin, Ga dad to Sephiroth ( Charles) He got me intrigued with GB while helping him build his proton pack and attending the recent dragoncon in Atlanta. Im a retired electrician and computer tech so the gizmo and light and sound for the pack peeked my mind into diggging into all the details of pack building

As a retired electrician and computer tech, there might be people asking you for advice about things.

Hi Jim, I’m a Ghostbuster from a neighboring state. My Dad, too, is a retired electrician. He helped me figure out some of the features I wanted to add to my own proton pack, including making the recharge port on the ‘switch bracket’ functional. At first I had him doing all of my soldering, but I finally tackled some of it on my own. He still makes it look elegant and effortless, though, compared to my crude attempts.
I saw your belt gizmo thread, looks great. That’s still on my list of things to tackle. Time to break out the soldering gun again, I guess.
Can’t wait to see more from you!
Alex
You and your son need to come out to the Macon Mall on Halloween! (Actual Halloween that is, the 31st) the Georgia Ectomagnum will be in the mall, we’ll be giving candy out to the kids, and well be live on Fox 24 and Abc 16!
Yup, that’s my dad! Lol, he has been a tremendous help in getting my pack built and wired up. The gizmo is awesome! We’ll be there for Halloween, thank you for the invite! ![]()
