Im behind on what was out there as far a GI Joe stuff goes (another 80’s property I love) but I just came across that Sideshow Collectables is making a 1/6 assassin version of Storm Shadow that looks like the coolest Joe thing Ive ever seen. I thought they only made statues of Joes. How long has Sideshow been making these? Which characters have they done (checklist)? Come on, somebody give me the skinny on these!
Off the top of my head, they got two versions of Snake-Eyes, and ones of Cobra Commander, Storm Shadow, Cobra Trooper(Blue Uniform and Desert versions), Crimson Guard, Firefly, Black Dragon Ninja, and Ninja Viper. Those are what I remember on the Cobra side(except the two versions of Snake-Eyes). On the GI Joe side, they’ve got Duke, Flint, Stalker, Beachhead, Dusty, Rock & Roll, Lt. Falcon and General Hawk.
There’s also gonna be Major Bludd and Destro soon to be released.
thanks for the info Megalomaniac. Expensive but the new storm shadow, snake eyes with timber, firefly, and the new cobra commander look like they are worth the money, and Id probably spring for Hawk if I found him at a discount.
If only they’d make Roadblock (not Dwayne Johnson), they’d have all my faves out.
Oooooh yea Roadblock with his back pack fed gatlin guns …I’m there …ball cap backwards and all …
I think you are thinking of Rock n Roll Skully. Roadblock was bald with a mustache, rocked a camo muscle shirt, packed the Ma Duce .50 cal mg and spoke in rhyme 8) . I can hear his voice in my head now, “Let go of my leg, Sucka!”.
