I know, it’s not a proton pack, per say, but it’s pretty close. If any of the mods want to move it to a more appropriate section, that’s fine. I just know this sub-forum gets the most traffic.
I recently bought “The Ghost Busters” on DVD and have been trying to plow through it. Then I realized nobody has ever tried to replicate the gun they use, at least not to my knowledge.
I whipped these up in a night. They should be fairly close, although with the awful resolution of the reference photos available, who really knows? At any rate, I thought it would be fun to offer my “plans” for this odd little prop.
Once I build one in the next little while, I’ll offer more insight and schematics as to the aperture on the front face. For now, I just drew it retracted.
