trigger assembly

Anyone got any ideas on how to do the trigger assembly? i am having trouble with the ring part i have the resin trigger somewhere what do i use for the ring?

PVC tube cut to size. Just make sure it sleeves snugly over whatever size acrylic tube your using for the induction nozzle.

cool thanks!

What I did was took PVC that most closely fit my acrylic tube. Then I took it over to the saw and cut it to size, then just ran it through the band saw and cut a small section out enough to close it back together over the acrylic to make a better fit. I then took my trigger piece and some JB Weld and first put some JB between the gaps to close them up, and the on the trigger and set it over the seem line. Then took a zip tie over the whole thing to keep it tight together while it dried and it came out great. I plan now to just use a small set screw to make it snug to the acrylic and removable if need be.

i made mine out of a bit of pvc piping and mdf. look here for pics:

scroll over to the latest post, it’s a long thread.

if you can cut straight, which i cannot :frowning: , you could buy an aluminum tube from someplace like lowes and make your ring that way and then use the rest to make the other collar at the of the pvc

I actually cut a strip of sheet metal and then bent it into a round ring; prob not the best way to do it, but its an option. Keep in mind anything could be painted to look like metal.

I used the trigger to a cap gun for the metal trigger part.
