Should we push to watch the film again in theaters with the hopes that it can surpass $200 million?
I get the feeling that it will need to make that much before they consider greenlighting a sequel.
How many times have you been? Only once for me. But I’m thinking of going again this weekend.
5 times. I’m good until the home release.
I’ve seen it three times at the cinema, myself. If it’s still showing, go and see it before the run ends. 
I think I will go again this weekend. 
6 times. 5 of those times were matinees. But 3 of those were more to write down notes than to watch.
I’ve only been to it once. I’d go again if I could but there’s personal reasons I can’t go out right now. Definitely gonna buy it though.

Not to discourage you here, I think you should see it as many times as you want. But remember that all of these people here saying they’ve already notched 5 or 6 viewings, that hasn’t even gotten it to $175m yet. At $175m, you’d still talking about making up 1/7th of the total gross on what will be Week 5 in the United States and at least Week 2 in most places, and it’s actually almost twice that because it still needs $15m to get to $175m. See it some more times to generally support it, and because you want to, but it would take an unprecedented amount of additional ticket sales to make up much of that distance. I think, for better or worse, $175m is about the best we can hope for.
That said, I do expect the movie to at least crest the $100m US hump this upcoming weekend if the hold is the same as the last couple of weeks.

I’ve only been twice, but going again this afternoon for a final in-cinema viewing (have a feeling it’s leaving the local Cinema soon).
Just back from my fourth screening, and I get ever fonder of the film. Just strikes a chord, for some reason.
Pleased to report a fuller cinema than screenings 2 and 3, some good laugh reactions and most lovely a row of people jumping at the Library Ghost! I guess if you aren’t over familiar with the original, it retains the power to shock.
Went again tonight to see the film. I was surprised to see the theater was 80% full (only a 50 seater 
) but every seat was full other than the front row.
Five times now, I think I have a problem!
I also have seen it 5 times now. I’m fine waiting for Blu Ray.
Only an absolute madman would go for a sixth time on the day of digital release, right?
Have tickets booked for the very last London screening on a Peckham rooftop next week. Nice way to say bye to FE for now.
