What system will you buy the game for?

So what system will you guys and gals buy the Ghostbusters video game for?

Xbox 360

PS3

Wii

I have each system, but most likely go with the 360, just because I prefer console online multiplayers on xbox live. If for whatever reason they axe the multiplayer, I’ll go ps3.

PC. There’s no freedom or precision like a keyboard and mouse when it comes down to serious gaming.

I will be getting it for the PS3. There are NO games that I like on the Xbox360. Well there are some, but they are also released on the PS3. So from my point of view, it is an obvious choice. I do though, need to get me a PS3 now…haha I will also be getting it on the Nintendo DS. It is a shame that it’s not gonna be on the PSP.

xbox 360… as soon as i buy one that is

I was going to get it for the Wii thinking that using the wiimote as a proton gun would be awesome but after seeing the cartoonish character models I am very dissapointed with that version. So Xbox 360 for me and if the Wii version seems fun or It grows on me then I’ll buy the Wii version also.

PS3 for me.

Wii and 360. All the versions will have the same story line according to the GI article.

yeah but the wii and ps2 are going to be very cartoonish. for that reason alone is why i wouldnt go with wii

PC.

What!? The Nintendo DS don’t get a spot? haha

I bought myself a Wii system. (Right now it’s in storage & no it’s not for sell.) Now I just have to get myself xBox 360.

Wii, DS, and 360.

unless i missed it, according to the game informer article, it looks like it will be xbox 360, ps3, wii, and ps2 with wii and ps2 being cartoon looking

It will either be PS3 or 360, it all depends on if the game has a multiplayer on the 360 (Xbox online, and my mate said he would so we could go co-op, enough said) and if I have bought a PS3 buy then for the last Metal Gear Solid.

PC for me, though if they come out with something similar to the guitar hero guitar for the wii, I may end up buying a wii just for that…

Whats the only way to experience a next-gen Ghostbusters game…? is of course on my PS3

I still not sure which I’ll be getting. I’m torn between the PC version and the Xbox 360 version.

I’m partial to the PC version for two reasons 1. My PC isn’t the absolute top of the line, but it’s not too far from the motherboard either. I upgraded it myself with help from a friend to get something that was affordable and would work for gaming for a good while so why not, right? 2. Modding or in my case downloading and playing with cool mods that people have made for games. Im sure some GB fans out there will be doing some cool related mods for it once they’ve had the chance to play around with it for a bit. Stuff like RGB uniforms for characters and such might be in the future.

The Xbox 360 version would be more for being able to play with friends. Though I honestly haven’t played my 360 in months and the only game I own and bought it for was Dead Rising. (I know I’m now banned from the 360 community now, oh well…) Most of my friends don’t have a PC or let alone one that can handle most of the newer games coming out.

Most likely though I’ll be getting the PC version since I’m more of a PC gamer and I’m more comfortable with playing multiplayer on PC than I am with anything else. I’ll just have to make some friends on here that’ll play multiplayer with me.

The one thing I truly hope for is a great Collectors Edition of the game for PC. Lately it seems that most games for PC that have special editions get the shaft to their console counter points. For instance my recent purchase of Call of Duty 4: Limited Collectors Edition where the only incentive/special item that came with it was a small hardcover art book. The art book is cool and all, but the Xbox 360 Limited Edition came with the art book AND a behind the scenes making of DVD! Granted after playing it it’s a relatively small gripe as the game is awesome, but I just think that PC games deserve the same attention as consoles do.

360 and Wii

Wii and pc.. so i have one version of both games.. and i own both… plus i want this game to do good…

Well my computers about a year old from now, hopefully that isn’t too prehistoric by the time the game comes out to be able to handle it! My brother has a Wii as well as all our old game systems growing up. I kinda fell out of gaming as far as I never got any systems for myself! I’ll likely get the Wii one and may have to end up getting a new system before it’s all over. :whatever: :walterpeck:
