working on my own pke

I had this little idea while at work one night… yea I know I dont do a whole lot but think of this stuff. Its going to be a little hard to explain with no pictures, but I will get some soon.

I am going to take a lint brush which is pretty close to the original shape, so much so that no one would even know the difference unless they knew exactly what they were looking for. I have been stripping it apart and trying to fit in my other piece to this… a cork screw. I need to look into a plastic one because metal isnt easy to work with, but so far this is looking alright.

this is where it might get confusing, but bust out a cork screw and follow along. My idea is to add a small piece to the actually screw and fit this in the handle. you glue the center part where the “wings” attach to a spot in the brush and leave the shaft unglued. With the small piece in the handle you push up and down to cause the shaft to move up and down… which then opens the wings.

No electonics… because thats beyond me… but this might work… not sure.

if someone has done thing or somethign similar give me some tips because this is harder than the proton pacl

Well, I’ve seen these two ideas in two different places. I know I’ve seen a guy do the wine bottle opener thing… and I made a try with making a static pke out of a lint brush. But I’m not sure I’ve ever seen the two combined together.

Hopefully someone here will remember who used the bottle opener.

Wow, this idea is very creative. Thanks for the inspiration!!!
