After reading about some of the dates in history throughout her life, my mind is boggled.
She saw a lotta stuff go down. World War I, World War II, the automobile, Tupac. . .

I thought the oldest woman that ever lived was some Japanese lady. With my background in nutrition I have to say that the majority of that long life is contributed to their food supply.
I think this article is talking about the oldest woman that was CURRENTLY living. Not the oldest person/woman ever.
Actually they’re finding lately that most of the “excessively aged” Japanese people either don’t know when they were actually born or have in fact been dead for some time and their family just wanted to keep collecting government payments.

I can’t fathom the fact that some people are just so OLD that they simply cannot pinpoint when/where they were born. Or that they have a birthdate in the 1800’s. That’s just wild.
These people saw 3 centuries. That alone boggles the mind.
