Hola, after years of wanting and procrastinating, I decided to attempt a build. I expect many mistakes…some already made, but will learn and build again.

After several days of snooping here and Pinterest… I decided to go with a foam build.
8/20/16
It begins to take shape. At this point everything is still just cut outs and no gluing has been done.

After a trip to Dollar Tree and some nice finds, gluing has begun. And then I saw what I did… the shame…
8/26/15
Since gorilla glue is a sign of permanent failure, I suck it up and move on. Here is the first coat of silver primer. Not too concerned with imperfections on the surface as I plan to weather heavily.
I’ll attempt to update as I go, but for now, I’m pretty pleased with my 1st build progress and already have received several compliments on it.
