I can check at a couple of Gun Shows that are local to me. They usually have frames with all straps for about $20 US the problem with your shipping is they have to add weight depending on the size of the box. Most sellers will not take the time to cut the box down. Shipping on a frame and straps sould not be more that about $20 US ( depending on the type of shipping Air express or what not )
As soon as I find out when the next show is I’ll pot here

But, looking over Stefan’s plans as I don’t have a frame handy it appears that the frame is 20" x 12" x 4" you are cutting it incredibly close, you would need a form fitting box with zero padding to even get close to the 36" combined total… Not the best way to ship overseas as it’s likely to get damaged…
