I’m in for one! It would be great if we could just weld the V-hook onto the plate, then there wouldn’t be any need for screws.

That’s not a bad idea. I do however like the way it will look with the screws.

Here are the pictures of the prototype plate. Although the code needs minor corrections, I think that it will work well. What I like to do is to get the screws that we will need for these and anodize a couple to see what it will look like when it’s installed.

I’m feeling better everyday and I’m slowly getting back to work, but running these codes won’t be a problem for those that are interested.

The plate in the picture was set up incorrectly on the CNC which is why it’s missing a section, but I’ll be running the new code tomorrow for at least 2 of them.

That looks awesome, Franchesky! Does the V-hook screw right into the plate or you do have to put nuts on the underside?

I might be in for one, Have you thought about aluminum plates to go on the underside of the matty trap peddle i think that would be a huge fix for the cheapness of the peddle and give it some weight

Would you be willing to include the v-hook (male & female parts) and screws that fit? How much would you charge for that?

Just a thought what if it had holes cut out where the existing legs could go through or rest it so it secures it a bit.

Oh and one more idea and I’ll shut up lol what about making real aluminum rods to replace the plastic ones.

I’m concerned about the trap being bumped or hit while holstered. The plate screws are tapped into the plastic trap, so that seems like a weak spot. Or am I missing something?

(Still very interested!)
