I’m only going to be using screws to attach the v-hook to the plate. The only issue that I encounter is that even with the shortest screws I found, there is still interference with the batteries. Therefore, what I’m going to do is to CNC a 1/16 of inch plates that’s shaped just like the female part of the V-hook and use it as a “spacer.” I’m hoping that with this “spacer plate” there’s no interference with the batteries and you can still roll the trap on the floor.
Since my wife is running the codes for these, I’ll have to wait till later tonight to post pictures and possibly a description of what the Matty conversion will include (V-hook will be sold separately.) I can tell you that I re-designed the plate and it looks and fits better so you will be happy with these.
Please continue to post your interest this way I know how much material I need, and how many plates she needs to make. I’m going to close this list on Saturday night at midnight for the first part of this run.
