Okay great. I wonder if the screws will “vibrate” out of place. A little expoxy, or jb weld on the screws should do the trick. Right?
I will definitely buy the V-Hook (Need to) and I was wondering if you had any holsters currently for sale?
When I did my run of GB1 style Trap-holsters I screwed the v-hook in place and secured them with a spot of “thread lock”.
It’s not cheap but then neither is a replacement trap. Might be worth looking in to?
I’m sure that you are not going to need any of that, the screws hold well and it’s all very secured.
I recommend that If you are going to use anything use “threading tape.” I wouldn’t use something that would make it permanent just in case you want to take it apart.
Threading or “pluming tape” will add extra support to the screws and it’s not permanent.

Could I just quickly ask, what are your prices for both parts of the v-hook?

The code was revised and it all works perfectly. The screws with the spacer will hold a v-hook securely to the battery plate; you will be able to roll the trap on the floor, and you can still use a regular trap holster.
Since this conversion required a spacer and the code for the battery plates took a bit longer that expected to mill, the price will go up by $2.00. I’ll be making and selling the trap v-hooks separately and the trap holster. This info will be listed on the first post later tonight.
If you are planning on purchasing a trap holster and you have previous arrangements with our friend John (jme1979) please check with him before purchasing my trap holsters.
I included a link to a small video of the conversion with the trap and holster.
