I’m looking in to buying a shell for a pack project but I’m just not sure. I’m worried about the durability with the vacum formed shells. Any thoughts from shell owners?

Vacuum formed shells are usually made of either Styrene (or High Impact Plastic) or ABS. Both are strong and can take a lot of abuse, especially when reinforced.
