This is so incredible but very frustrating it’s so limited and done through winner selection.
Clearly a ton of effort to get that place set up by Sony. They could charge more normal nightly rate, run it ongoing and get their investments’ worth!
I’m only 5 hours from Portland.

So maybe it’s a special opening first stay Halloween weekend but more dates offered for future stays? That would make more sense.
You might be able to rent the fire station, but it will not be Ghostbuster-themed past November 1st.
Fun fact: the exterior lit sign you see is the brother of the replica living outside of the real Tribeca firehouse right now.

It would be a plus if that old building is actually haunted. Even better if it’s in a safe part of town.
