I’d have to go back to play the game to remember the quote EXACTLY, but I always got a chuckle out of one of Venkman’s lines right after you defeat Stay Puft. It is something along these lines.
Egon: We have the Super Slammer up and ready for Stay Puft… where is he?
Venkman: He’s that giant puddle you’re driving through right now.
Another of my favorites (again, can’t remember if I have this EXACTLY correct):

i loved the part where Venkman was defending himself against Ray for getting coffee:
“I was getting coffee for everyone ray, but those little mosters spilled it” i laughed my ass off
I would say when you first use your boson dart and Winton says stand way back and then the Tanker explodes. Then Egon calmly says"Do I still have eyebrows?" And Winston says “I said way back.” It’s just the matter of fact way it is delivered just makes me laugh everytime.
Winston: Take it to the bridge!
Ray: Did Winston just say “take it to the bridge”? What are you guys doing down there?!
Venkman: You killed my dessert!
