on a bit of a downer as my pack waist buckle broke the other night. Does anyone know where you can buy just the Alice frame straps from and whether you can buy just the waist strap or if you need to buy the whole lot?

Sound like all you need is a replacement buckle and I’m not sure where you’ll find that, especially one.
