I am new to GBfans and I was wondering, how difficult, how long, and how expensive is it to build a quality proton pack if I am able to get the shell? I am not very good with all of this stuff and wanted to get it done well! Thank you guys for your help!
A price guide is impossible.
Building a pack is as cheap or expensive as you make it for your self.
Well, I wanted to see if this was a good start for a shell. I figured you guys would know. Also, where would I want to go from there as far as a simple parts list and so forth? Sorry, like I said, I am new and trying to get myself going.

For the best quality I recommend Exorays shell.

I think my pack is near the £200 mark, most of it is scratch built, started at the beginning of June and it’s still not finished, getting there though 
I’ve got the dale resistor on there now (not in this pic though) Where does the blue tube that comes from the top go? I want to make sure I got it right before I go sticking it anywhere, cheers!
