Bumper Art.....

I recently built two new packs and decided to implement a personal touch back in the day – “bumper art”.

Basically, I nickname a proton pack, then create artwork reminiscent of the noseart you might have found on old fighter planes. These pieces were made using adhesive vinyl that’s been cut using a run-of-the-mill plotter.

Since my best efforts to post these pics to the props page keep resulting in some cryptic ‘jar’ error messages, I figured I’d just share them here.

“The Spare” was previously “the Ole '98”, my ancient pack built back in the corresponding year:

“Big Twinkie” is a nod to Harold Ramis:

And “the Adjudicator” just sounds damn cool and oddly appropriate when you consider condemning souls to an electronic jail:

Anyone else do this sort of thing?

That’s great! One day I plan on having “Lucille” in a Von Dutch pinstripe style on my motherboard.

This is great.

Another Chiver! Chive on, bro!

Back on topic, these bumper decals are cool… Hmmm… I wonder what I could do to kinda personalize mine…

Love these! I named mine Sturdy Gurdy. I used an old school label maker to print the name out and put it on the cross bar of the alice frame.

I really dig these, I want that “Bigu Twinkie” art

def down for a big twinkie run

I’m loving this idea, though I have no idea what I’d use.

EDIT: Wait wait, I got one, I don’t know if it’d work, but how about one that says “I eat gods for breakfast”

I need something like that on my first goggle build. G pig all in pink letters .
