I would actually love Bill Hader and Will Forte for the cast. Will Forte has always been extremely under appreciated in my eyes.

I’ve been 100% behind the idea of Bill Hader in a Ghostbusters uniform for years now. I don’t know how I feel about Will Forte (think there might be better choices) and while I like Anna Faris I’m still uneasy about here… however, big thumbs up for Bill Hader.
Certain people, (well a certain person at least) has been wanting to make this film for decades now… I just think that whether or not it was completely his idea to add a new team to the crew, I’m sure they wouldn’t want to cast it wrong.
It was his idea to bring in a new crew as far back as the Hellbent drafts in the 90s.
I don’t think its a stretch to think that Aykroyd holds the concept of Ghostbusters higher than the characters themselves. He wants to see it continue on past his involvement. Unless you’re going to go Bond style and just hire new actors to replace the old ones (which I think is one thing most fans can agree on as a big no thank you) the only way to keep the property moving forward is the introduction of Ghostbusters International in the film universe.
