Once the demo is released (if there is one…) I can see most, if not all of us, playing it at least a few dozen times before the game hits shelves. Me, I’ll probably play it once a day. Low end. =)
RoboROb I’ve loved your weekly countdown banners for the very reason that it makes me feel like a kid again waiting for christmas, it’s like marking down a calender. Not only do I look forward to seeing what picture you’ll use every week, but when I do see that new banner I get a chill 'cause I know that I’m just a little bit closer to getting the game.
P.S. I hope that popping open a miller is not an exact facsimile of your childhood christmas mornings.
Had I been drinking a miller at this particular moment in time it would be all over my monitor after reading that!
I’m glad you like the banners. And no, lol, Miller on Christmas morning didn’t come til much later.
…so, if June 16th is kinda like Christmas, would the demo release be considered Christmas Eve, or Thanksgiving?
Well I’m not American but I’m still going to say Thanksgiving because the demo won’t be released the day (or week for that matter) before the game. I’m skipping the demo though because i want to take the game on completely cold with no prior exposure (well except watching the online gameplay footage), it’s not like I need the demo to see if I want the game and besides I’ve waited THIS long what’s another 2 weeks?
I played whatever version of the demo they had at NYCC… and I’ll be DLing the demo when it comes out… I need my crack! See, most of you are lucky… you have NO idea what you’re missing! Me? I KNOW what I’m missing… I need it… I CRAVE IT… MUST… HAVE… GAME!!!
It feels more like waiting till autumn… :sigh:
Seriously! I can’t wait for this damn game. I’ve already told my boss that I’m taking that week off and not to call me.
He still thinks I’m joking.
oooh. You are right. & on that note; quick idea…Halloween is less than 6 months away.
We should try something new this year. Anyone who’s dressing up as a ghostbuster this year, please video your festivities and post on youtube. The more vids the merrier.
Lucky over here in the uk we get it on the 19th
