Dixie Cup Bracket or Vhook?

Hey guys,

Am updated my proton pack (as I had to finish it in a hurry for comic con)

Was looking for feedback from you all about what I should use to hook the wand to the pack?

I know the Vhook is more screen accurate but the Dixie cup bracket looks more secure

What are people’s thoughts? Is one easier to use than the other?

(I have the Mattel neutrino wand by the way)

Personally, I think the V-hook looks better and is more secure. I prefer screen accuracy too! The dixie cup bracket is more affordable, however. At the end of the day, it’s your choice. If you check the sales thread, Alan Hawkins sells resin v-hooks for matty wands. Enjoy!

I went the traditional v-hook route and it seems plenty secure. In my opinion, that Dixie cup bracket sticks out like a sore thumb on the side of a pack.

Vhook all the way. I’ve con’d with mine now 3 times (4 in two weeks) and the Vhooks are solid as a rock.
