I was wondering if anyone ever thought doing a roof build for a jeep wrangler? I was thinking of doing only this altering it somewhat to make it look more off road/military tough.
I was also thinking of giving the “No Ghost” logo a 5:00 shadow like the smiley face jeep logo. I don’t have the money to get a hearse at this time nor do I have the storage space for one and since Jeep tops are removable I could store it when the “ecto” part wasn’t needed.
any thoughts on how this would look if it was done correctly or is it a bad idea?
Well after almost a year of trying to save money for a proper Ecto, that combined with losing my job, and not making as much as I used too. Our group has decided to go a different route with an Ecto.
Instead of a traditonal Ecto moblie we’re going to have an Ecto recovery Vehicle. Basically it’s the Jeep with the cargo rack on top. Instead of the traditional light bar it’s going to have tow truck type lights, and a directional light bar in the back. We’re still designing the roof rack as we want it to have the feel of Ghostbusters but it’s going to look a little more rugged. While we’re still working out the actual details of what the rack will have on it, we did, with the help of Marc Wagner from the Roseville Ghostbusters come up with the logo that will be on the hood.
We thought we would post the logo so folks could like, love, or hate it.
Im hoping to do an ecto jeep as well. But it all depends on if I can actually get a jeep for my next car. I have plans drawn out for the unlimited style but I dont have the money to get one so Ill stick with whatever I can get.
